Terms & Conditions

Effective: August 5, 2026 Last updated: August 5, 2026

01 Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Niche Masters [CONFIRM: full legal entity name] ("Niche Masters", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your purchase of and access to the Niche Masters course, coaching, live events, community, and any related content or services (together, the "Program").

By enrolling, paying, creating an account, or otherwise using the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not enroll or use the Program.

02 Who we are

Niche Masters provides coaching, training, and community for insurance professionals. You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at 2498 FM 2127, Chico, TX 76431, USA.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to enroll. The Program is designed for insurance agents, producers, agency owners, and comparable professionals. By enrolling you represent that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are purchasing on your own behalf or with authority to bind the business you name.

04 What the course includes

Your enrollment includes access to:

  • Advanced one-on-one coaching with a Niche Masters mentor [CONFIRM: number of sessions, session length, and any expiry]
  • VIP access to Niche Masters live workshops and events
  • On-demand courses, templates, scripts, and tools
  • Custom strategies developed with your coach
  • The private Niche Masters community

We may improve, update, add to, or reorganize Program content over time. We may also retire individual materials that are outdated or no longer accurate; where we do, we will generally replace them with comparable material. Nothing in the Program is guaranteed to remain available in an unchanged form indefinitely.

05 Enrollment, pricing & payment

The Program is offered for a one-time payment of $997 USD. This is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and nothing for you to cancel.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider on an encrypted checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency-conversion charges, or other costs your card issuer applies.

By completing checkout you authorize the charge for the amount shown. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after access has been granted, we may suspend or terminate your access until the matter is resolved.

06 Refunds & cancellations

[CONFIRM: refund policy — this section must state Hunter's actual terms before publishing] The Program provides immediate access to digital materials and to scheduled coaching time. Where a refund is offered, the applicable window and conditions will be stated here and in your welcome email.

Refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted in writing to [email protected] from the email address used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

07 Your access & licence

Subject to these Terms and payment in full, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Program materials for your own professional development and your own business. [CONFIRM: access duration — lifetime, or a fixed term such as 12 months]

Your account is for one person. You may not share your login, transfer your enrollment, or provide access to anyone else, including colleagues at your agency. Team access is available and must be arranged with us directly.

You may not copy, record, download (except where a download is expressly offered), republish, resell, sublicense, distribute, or use Program materials to build a competing course, coaching program, or training product.

08 Intellectual property

All Program content — including videos, written material, templates, scripts, frameworks, graphics, the Niche Masters name, logo, and brand assets — is owned by Niche Masters or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Templates and scripts provided to you may be adapted and used within your own insurance business. They may not be redistributed, sold, or shared outside your business.

If you post content in the community, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share it within the Program for the purpose of operating the community.

09 Community & acceptable use

The Niche Masters community exists so that professionals can learn from one another. When participating, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against any member
  • Recruit members, pitch unrelated offers, or spam the group
  • Share another member's private information, or repost community content publicly
  • Post anything unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing
  • Share client information or anything that would breach your confidentiality or licensing obligations
  • Attempt to access, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the Program or its platforms

We may remove content and restrict or remove members who breach this section, at our discretion.

10 Live events

Your enrollment includes access to Niche Masters live workshops and events as they are scheduled. Registration is required for each event and places may be limited.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are your responsibility. Dates, venues, agendas, and speakers may change, and events may be rescheduled, moved online, or cancelled. Where an event is cancelled, we will offer access to a replacement or rescheduled event; we are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs you incur.

Events may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to appearing in such recordings and to their use in Niche Masters marketing and educational materials.

11 Coaching is not professional advice

The Program is educational. It is not legal, compliance, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and it does not create a professional advisory relationship of any kind.

You remain solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, carrier and appointment agreements, advertising rules, suitability standards, and privacy obligations that apply to you and your business. Nothing taught in the Program overrides your obligations to your regulator, your carriers, or your clients.

Before applying any strategy, script, or template, you are responsible for confirming that it is permitted in your jurisdiction and under your agreements, and for having it reviewed by your own attorney, compliance officer, or carrier where appropriate.

12 No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular result, income, production level, commission, client volume, or business outcome from the Program. Any figures, examples, or case studies referenced are illustrative and are not a promise or projection of what you will achieve.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, licensing, market, carrier relationships, pricing, and economic conditions. You accept full responsibility for the decisions you make in your business.

13 Communications & SMS

By enrolling, you agree to receive service communications relating to your purchase, access, coaching, and events. These are necessary to deliver the Program and cannot be opted out of while your enrollment is active, though you may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Our SMS practices are described further in our Privacy Policy.

14 Third-party services

The Program relies on third-party platforms for payments, hosting, course delivery, scheduling, email, and community. Your use of those platforms may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, including any third-party site we link to.

15 Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms — including by sharing your access, redistributing materials, reversing a payment, or behaving abusively toward staff, coaches, or members.

You may stop using the Program at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.

16 Disclaimer of warranties

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that content will be complete or current, or that it will meet your expectations or produce any particular outcome.

17 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niche Masters and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Program — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for your enrollment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niche Masters and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Program, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or the way you apply Program material in your business.

19 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Niche Masters agree that the state and federal courts located in Wise County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to venue there.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least thirty (30) days.

[CONFIRM: whether Hunter wants a binding arbitration and class-action waiver clause here — ask the attorney reviewing this]

20 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, notify enrolled members by email. Continuing to use the Program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

21 General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written terms provided at checkout, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Program.
